Phone Operator
Location: Austin, TX, 78704

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Phone Operator to join our medical office in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical call center and be able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments and manage patient information in electronic medical records system
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical office phone operator or in a medical call center
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
