Automotive Sales Managers for Busy Independent Dealer Group

Earn $80,200 to $100,800 /yr! (first year potential, based on exp/skill)

BUSINESS IS BOOMING at Victory Lane Ford! As a result, we are in need of several highly motivated Sales Managers with 1 years Sales Manager experience OR 5 years experience in automotive sales for our Litchfield, IL Location!

Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

*Manage Recruiting of New Employees for Sales Department

*Manage Goal-Setting, Coaching, and Performance Monitoring of Sales Representatives

*Build and Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

*Present Sales, Revenue, and Expense Reports to ownership and upper management

*Forecast realistic and growth-minded goals

Requirements:

*Minimum 1 yrs Automotive Sales Manager Experience REQUIRED

*Must possess the ability to be a leader and a coach

*BDC knowledge/experience is a PLUS

*Automotive Sales experience is a PLUS

*Must possess strong closing skills

*Must possess good communication skills

*Should possess good people skills and have the ability to motivate a team

*Should possess all basic computer skills including MS Office Suite and Dealership CRM Software familiarity
