Description

Residential Counselor Wednesday through Saturday 3pm-11pm to provide support to the individuals, who are placed in Specialized Home Care, in all activities of daily living, including health and wellness, working on ISP goals, facilitating social/recreational opportunities and community access, medication administration and compliance with all relevant documentation and DDS requirements.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office experience
• Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and meet the company’s driver insurance standards.
• An acceptable CORI (criminal record assessment);
• CPR, First Aid, Drivers License and MAP certification are required
• Experience in a human services field preferred
• Negative COVID-19 Test Result prior to start date
• Proof of vaccination for COVID-19
