Responsibilities
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Prospect and market through various sales channels to generate leads
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or a related field
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a bonus
- General Lines Property & Casualty License required (help obtain within 30 days)
