Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our team. The Admissions Director will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, recruiting prospective students, and providing guidance on academic programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement admissions strategies to attract a diverse student population
- Conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective students and families
- Review and evaluate applications for admission
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate program information is provided to prospective students
- Coordinate recruitment events and represent the institution at college fairs
- Provide academic advising to prospective students regarding program requirements and career opportunities

Skills:
- Experience in academic advising and recruiting
- Strong public speaking skills
- Familiarity with Stars & Canvas or similar student information systems
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of education administration practices
- Ability to educate and guide prospective students on academic programs and career paths.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor Degree or higher is preferred

• Database/data entry expertise, demonstrated customer service skills and attention to detail required.
• Must be detailed oriented and accurate.
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel skills required.

- Previous experience in admissions or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and advise prospective students on academic programs and requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with student information systems and CRM software is a plus.
