Sales Representative - Vehicle Sales

We are currently seeking two highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our sales department. The official title of this position is called “Sales Representative.”

Currently, the top earners at this position are earning up to $54,000 per year in the first calendar year along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k match, paid vacation, and paid time off. Saturdays are required.

Additionally, we offer signing bonuses ranging from $500-$2000 after 90 days of employment. The bonus level is predicated on your performance during the first 90 days of employment. To receive the full $2000 bonus you must retail 36 total units in your first 90 days of employment.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in greeting customers as they arrive at our dealership. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the negotiations of the retail sales and lease of new and pre-owned vehicles, utilizing our one-price approach. We believe in building long-lasting relationships with our customers, and we prioritize customer satisfaction over high-pressure sales tactics. This position is ideal for individuals with a teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and welcome customers to our dealership in a friendly and professional manner.

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.

Conduct test drives and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.

Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, focusing on customer retention and future sales opportunities.

Sales and Negotiation:

Utilize effective negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.

Present pricing options and financing alternatives to customers.

Explain lease and purchase terms, answering any questions or concerns.

Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork and documentation.

Follow up with potential leads and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Training and Development:

Participate in training programs provided by management to enhance your sales and customer service skills.

Learn and implement the sales processes and strategies adopted by the dealership.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in serving, law enforcement, or military are encouraged to apply.
