How you will help us on our mission and inspire others:

• Know each resident and family member and learn their meal preferences, likes, dislikes, etc.
• Anticipate customer’s needs and requests.
• Engage residents and connect with them in a genuine, compassionate and memorable way.
• Assist with preparation and service of meals with a focus on quality, taste and appearance.
• Perform assigned duties on the culinary production line to assure meals are prepared on time and is ready prior to service.
• Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist with and actively support all special events held within the community.

We are looking for a skilled Culinary professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a kitchen and be able to take orders and serve resident meals, sanitize, clean, bus tables, and prepare Dining Room for meal service.

Duties:

• Take meal orders and serve resident meals
• Ensure that the Dinig Room is clean and sanitized at all times
• Bus tables and clean up after meals
• Assist with table setups and preparing Dining Room for meal service

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
