Job Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. / Desarrollar e implementar planes de lecciones apropiados para la edad que promuevan el aprendizaje y el desarrollo.

• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment. / Utilizar técnicas eficiente de gestión del aula para garantizar un entorno de aprendizaje positivo y atractivo.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs/ Proporcionar atención y apoyo individualizados a las necesidades únicas de cada niño.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster open communication and involvement in their child's education/ Colaborar con padres y tutores para fomentar la comunicación abierta y la participación en la educación de sus hijos.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members / Colaborar con otras maestras y miembros del centro.
• Clean and organize classroom;Sanitize toys, surfaces and floors. Clean restrooms./ Limpiar y organizar el aula; desinfectar juguetes, superficies y pisos. Baños limpios.
• Keep classroom boards up to date depending on children's birthdays, projects, and seasons./ Mantener los tableros del aula actualizados según los cumpleaños, proyectos y estaciones de los niños.

Experience/ Experencia:

• Previous experience working as a Preschool Teacher or in a child day care center.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experiencia previa trabajando como Maestra de Preescolar o en un centro infantil. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.

License/ Certification:

• 45 hour FL DCF Certification (courses and exams completed)/ (cursos y examenes completos)
• Completed Level 2 background check through the Clearing house
• Have Pediatric CPR/ First Aid training
• Child Development Associates (CDA, FCCPC, ECPC) or higher (encouraged)
