- Act as customer service liaison for our Roof Inspectors (sales reps)
- Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completion before submitting to our production team
- Understand, monitor, and report on sales performance metrics
- Work with various departments to complete tasks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform tasks with urgency
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or related field
- Hard-working, well organized, team player with a high level of dedication
