Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join our team. As a Yard Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to the operation of our yard and warehouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Load and unload materials from trucks using a pallet jack or other equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in the yard
- Assist with the movement of materials within the yard using tractors or other machinery
- Communicate with drivers and other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks in the yard
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience with tractor-trailers or route driving is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day

- Valid CDL driver's license with a clean driving record
