Full-time receptionist for busy Tax and Financial Office.
Hours Are Non-Negotiable
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK :
*Non-Tax Season : Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
*Tax- Season: Monday -Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm ONLY Tuesdays 9:30pm to 6:00pm
Answering telephones, scheduling appointments, basic math skills, e-filing, and daily activities. Advanced Computer skills a must.
Applicant must be a self-starter who is motivated, organized and the desire to stay with a company long term. The applicant must be reliable and punctual. A small office requires attendance daily and being on time.
$16.50-$17.00/hour
