Victoria Harbour is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in providing an exceptional experience to marina members and guests. Ideal candidates for the position are at least 16 years old, have a passion for helping people, enjoy working in an outdoor environment, and are able to work in a fast paced environment. They are available to work weekends, especially holiday weekends, and are excited to work 20-40 hours each week.
Dock Hand:
- Tie up all boats coming from the whaler drivers.
- Greet and assist members coming and going from courtesy dock.
- Pick up trash on docks, keep area as clean as possible.
- Help dry stack with maintenance
- Opportunity to learn to drive a boat tote and tractor
Requirements
- Ability to safely lift 50lbs or more
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work in different weather conditions
- Must be able to swim
