Seeking a leasing agent for busy leasing office (LIHTC experience requested)
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with prospective tenants
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing lease documents and maintaining tenant files
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly
- Oversee facilities management, including scheduling and coordinating maintenance services
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities to tenants
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using our resident system
- Perform general office duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is needed with marketing skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with prospective tenants
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including file management and record keeping
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management is a plus
- Familiarity with ONESITE/
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while also being organized and professional at all times.
