Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all paperwork required for titling/registration is included and complete for every deal
  • Review titling schedule on a weekly basis and making corrections/issuing refunds as necessary
  • Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees
  • Process webdealer/dlrdmv invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor and track incoming titles and research any outstanding
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and customer information
  • Stay updated on title regulations and documentation requirements
  • Titling all new and used car deals including wholesales and dealer trades
  • General dealership accounting
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Previous title work is required, with some accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational, analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting or finance preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive title work or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
