Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all paperwork required for titling/registration is included and complete for every deal
- Review titling schedule on a weekly basis and making corrections/issuing refunds as necessary
- Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees
- Process webdealer/dlrdmv invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and track incoming titles and research any outstanding
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and customer information
- Stay updated on title regulations and documentation requirements
- Titling all new and used car deals including wholesales and dealer trades
- General dealership accounting
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
- Previous title work is required, with some accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational, analytical & problem solving skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting or finance preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive title work or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
