Our hospital client has an opening for a CSFA to work in Petoskey, MI. 13 weeks contract. Day shift. Travel or Local contract is available. 

• 2 Years of experience - Required 
• Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, OB Experience - Preferred
• NBSTSA and NCCT are interchangeable 
• FA can be RNFA or CSTFA 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• NBSTSA
• NCCT

Pay package for a travel contract working 36 hours per week. 

• Hourly $31.00
• Stipend $1,414.00 weekly non taxable
• Gross Weekly $2,530.00
