Job Function Reporting into the VP of Global Commercial Americas & PECC Strategy, the Global Product Manager -PECC will be based out of Houston, TX and will be responsible for compliance to environmental, training, safety, transportation and all other regulations that Vibrantz must abide by while performing the following duties: Responsibilities Manages product portfolio, advocates for the product line and prioritizes technical projects including, new product development, product maintenance, sku optimization, obsolescence management, customer specific products, and quality improvement projects. Assist in achieving PECC product revenue, adjusted gross margin, and EBITDA budget. Uses stage gate and product roadmap to align technical and commercial teams on key decisions. Reviews competitive product, pricing, & services to identify areas of opportunity of profitable growth which differentiates Vibrantz and delivers on our defined value proposition. Aligned with Operations / Supply Chain and using S&OP process, provides accurate product forecasts. Partnering with commercial and finance, establishes pricing guidelines by product line and drives margin improvement using pricing tools. Using segment strategies, identifies priority sub segments; defines product portfolio & competitive advantages that position the commercial team for success. Create product dashboards measuring volumes and margins for key product lines. Provides Global Technical Sales/Service support to customers, sales reps, sales engineers, and sales managers for new and existing markets and internal support functions. Investigates and documents customer complaints driving improvement and resolution. Develop and foster positive professional relationships with internal and external customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience B.S. degree in technical field (Material Science, Glass Science, Ceramics, Chemical Engineering) 5 years of Product Management experience. Global experience, preferred Must be detail oriented and ensure consistent testing results Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate in MS Office software including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and e-mail applications; and knowledge of SAP is desirable. Must be adaptable to organizational and market challenges.
