We are seeking ALF Director to join our team!

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the operations of the Assisted Living Facility in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as directed by the policies and procedures. Ensures the highest level of clinical delivery to the assisted living residents while concurrently being fiscally responsible. Ensures competence of the clinical staff, appropriate staffing for patient care, and facilitates clinical program development. Responsible for planning the appropriate utilization of resources, maintaining or improving the work environment, and monitoring and improving the quality and appropriateness of care. Promotes the assisted living facility through active involvement and participation in external and internal activities concerning health care services.

Required Skills:

  • Current Certified Personal Care Home Administrator Certification.
  • Minimum three (3) years of management experience in an Assisted Living Facility or equivalent setting required.
  • Knowledge of state regulations required.
  • Previous work experience with state and federal assisted living quality initiatives or equivalent required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
