Position Purpose
The eService Specialist III is responsible for providing an outstanding member experience through all channels of delivery.
They serve as the credit union ambassador for all incoming online new memberships and perform a variety of member service and lending requests .
They are empowered to offer solutions, resolve issues, and provide recommendations on products and services to improve member's financial wellbeing.
