Part Time- Front Desk Attendant

Weekdays and Weekends Needed

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks related to the function, safety, and cleanliness of the fitness facility
• Complete new member orientation and activation to include the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, waiver and release of liability forms, and facility rules and etiquette paperwork
• Accurately and properly maintain ongoing membership files and attendance
• Deliver one-on-one exercise instruction and demonstration for general equipment usage
• Contribute to the development of member exercise program plans based upon fitness and health coaching summary (if applicable) or per the details of a personal exercise program

Job Requirements:

• CPR/AED Certification

Desired:

• Bachelors of Exercise Sports Science, Physiology, Kinesiology or related field
• NCCA Certified Personal Trainer credentials or other Specialty Instructor credentials
• Completion of a professional undergraduate internship; Instructional delivery in a formal setting; Independent lesson preparation and proper technique demonstration
• Desired: >6 months experience in a fitness setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
