A Great Opportunity/ Full- Time/ $17.00-$18.00 per hour 

ViaQuest offers quality, highly personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services and conducting regular caseload audit.
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support the Behavioral Health Development Coordinator in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Know and ensure implementation of applicable Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain tracking and enter data for assigned tasks accurately and regularly.
• Attend and participate in meetings as requested to stay abreast of company issues, policy and procedure changes, personnel updates and general information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements for this position include:  

• Experience working in a healthcare field preferred.
• Strong communication and a comfort level in speaking with client families.
• Exceptional customer service. 
• Positive, go-getter attitude. 
• Proficient computer skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
