This position supports both R&D and Operations through all phases of product lifecycle. SHIFT This role will be working on 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESParticipateDemonstrates strict adherence to all quality system procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing process instructions (MPIs).Reads and understands schematics and mechanical drawings.Conduct visual/dimensional QC inspection and/or testing of incoming materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final inspection of finished goods.Uses measuring tools, such as gage pins, height gages, calipers, optical instrumentation, etc., to inspect materials, components and fixtures.Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and travelers.Works with operations and R&D in ensuring materials are properly segregated and traceability and identification are maintained throughout facility.Supports various manufacturing activities as needed.Performs Quality review of documents related to QC testing, receiving inspection and product release activities as required.Responsible for recognizing quality issues and communication to quality / management.Ensures efficient material flow, storage of inspected parts, and accurate inventory transactions are maintained with the ERP system.Other duties as assigned.s in the maintenance of an ISO 13485 and FDA QSR Compliant Quality Management System.Demonstrates strict adherence to all quality system procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing process instructions (MPIs).Reads and understands schematics and mechanical drawings.Conduct visual/dimensional QC inspection and/or testing of incoming materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final inspection of finished goods.Uses measuring tools, such as gage pins, height gages, calipers, optical instrumentation, etc., to inspect materials, components and fixtures.Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and travelers.Works with operations and R&D in ensuring materials are properly segregated and traceability and identification are maintained throughout facility.Supports various manufacturing activities as needed.Performs Quality review of documents related to QC testing, receiving inspection and product release activities as required.Responsible for recognizing quality issues and communication to quality / management.Ensures efficient material flow, storage of inspected parts, and accurate inventory transactions are maintained with the ERP system.Other duties as assigned.We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $25-$31. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
