Position: Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

Summary:

As a Full Time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner at VHC Health, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services and support objectives, budget, performance metrics and medical activities at an individual level including implementation of quality control standards, risk management and compliance programs. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be part of a team that functions at the highest level. This is an office-based position located on our main hospital campus. Our highly competitive compensation package includes an excellent base salary plus comprehensive bonus incentives. Shift:

• Full-Time Daytime
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• No weekends, no holidays, no call coverage

Qualifications:

• Master's in Nursing required
• Cardiology office-based Nurse Practitioner experience strongly preferred. New grads with Cardiology RN experience are encouraged to apply
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) by the Virginia Department of Health Professions required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions required
• Ability to solve complex clinical problems with quick decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
