Technician Assistants (Animal Care Technicians)
Job Description
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping runs and cages clean throughout the shift
- Feeding pets according to owner instructions
- Keeping water bowls full
- Appropriately medicating pets
- Following laundry procedures
- Keeping facility floors and yards clean
- Supervising dogs properly when outside
- Bathing animals as instructed
- Ensuring proper pet identification is in place
- Documenting care appropriately
- Following safety procedures
The selected candidate will be compassionate and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Please include your experience related to animal care in your resume.
