The Role:

Seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our full-service veterinary clinic at Romie Lane Pet Hospital in Salinas, California to provide the highest quality health care for small animals. Our expert veterinary services include general wellness, orthopedic surgery, traditional medicine, complementary medicine, and dentistry for pets. We provide a wide, comprehensive range of medical treatment options and take special care of our pets and pet familes.

You :

  • Are a California licensed and experienced DVM or new grad, hungry to see cases as part of a team, grow, and help others grow in the profession
  • Embrace our core purpose of expanding community access to advanced general practice by emphasizing procedures, emergency, critical care, and ultrasound for pet families

Job Types: Full-time, Relief

Schedule: 4 to 5 shifts a week; 8 - 10 hour shifts; depending on the site

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, VetnCare is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $130,000 to $175,000, dependent on experience and location.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills sets, experience and training, licensures and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
