Veterinary United is seeking a new Maintenance Technician !
As our Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for joining our talented Maintenance team while working on the facilities and grounds of over 20 incredible Veterinary clinics throughout metro Detroit, Adrian, and Lansing! We are seeking a collaborative team member who wants to make a difference in the work they do.
This is a community- driven position, where you will be directly making an impact at each clinic you serve!
For this position, we are seeking someone who,
- Extensive experience working in maintenance and related fields
- Has electric, plumping, carpentry experience
- Is comfortable with hands- on maintenance work, performing routine maintenance, repairs, renovations, cleaning, and inspecting as needed
- Schedules and conducts routine inspections at each facility
- Enjoys working on a team
- Listens to and works alongside their fellow team members to cultivate an environment of trust and fellowship
- Monitors safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior environments
- Is extremely communicative
- Has a strong desire to make a difference in the community!
