The Pet Doctor in O’Fallon, Missouri, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team!

The Pet Doctor, located in O’Fallon, Missouri, was founded in 2005 and has provided quality care for O’Fallon and the surrounding communities ever since. As an AAHA-accredited hospital, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients and work closely with local specialists to ensure the best possible treatment.

We offer comprehensive veterinary care for small animals, exotics, and wildlife, including preventive care, surgery, advanced diagnostics, chiropractic care, acupuncture, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, pain management, and physical rehabilitation.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology, including digital radiography, an in-house laboratory, endoscopy, ultrasound, and cold laser therapy. Our pet rehabilitation area features an underwater treadmill, therapeutic ultrasound, surgical and therapeutic laser equipment. In addition, we have a spacious treatment area with separate surgical and dental suites.

  • At The Pet Doctor, we understand the importance of work-life balance. That’s why we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to choose between part-time or full-time options. You can select from 3 to 4 shifts per week, 8am-6pm, with no after-hours or on-call duties.
  • We have an experienced and long-tenured team with a high staff-to-doctor ratio of 3:1, including 9 Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) to support you with your caseload and provide the best care for your patients. We focus on providing our patients with a Fear-Free and Cat-Friendly environment. 
  • Our hospital is AAHA-accredited and Fear-Free certified. We maintain high-quality medicine and standard of care, with full autonomy to practice medicine.
  • We offer continued education and growth opportunities. If you have an interest in exotics, we see those, too. If you want to advance in a specific area, such as ultrasound, dental, rehab, etc., we have a great CE package to help you accomplish those goals.
  • Community Involvement. Additionally, we take pride in our community. The Pet Doctor has supported our local rescues for years, joining the fight to find forever homes for homeless pets. We also have our rescue service project called “Animal Angels.” Furthermore, over the past year, we have committed to developing an animal blood bank to supply blood products to our patients and pets that belong to local rescue organizations and other veterinary hospitals in our community.

What we offer:

  • Base salary ranging from $130,000-$150,000 (depending on experience)
