WHO WE NEED

We are looking for a talented, friendly, and energetic Receptionist to join the VEG family! You are someone who is energized by helping people, providing exemplary customer service and providing a smooth and seamless experience for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide first level customer service
  • Handle all phone inquiries, transferring calls to appropriate party
  • Greet clients and their pets
  • Keep reception desk tidy and the refreshment center fully stocked
  • Enter client information into company software
  • Process payments

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 years of prior experience working as a Receptionist is a must
  • Prior experience with animals in a veterinary environment is a major plus!
  • Knowledge of Infinity / ImproMed is a major plus
  • Flexible and available to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts
