We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen relationships with the bank. If you have at least 2 years of Customer Service Call Center experience then this is the role for you!
salary: $18 - $19.03 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, Job Duties Include:

• Answer incoming customer calls, greeting customers while displaying an upbeat helpful demeanor.
• Verifies customer identity while comparing information to data stored in the system in order to ensure confidentiality & legal compliance.
• Researches customer issues, exploring transaction history, performing searches,( dollar amounts, dates), gathering additional information from bank documentation to identify the source of the problem for resolution.
• Solves problems - including taking action on fee rebates, activating cards, replacing cards, ordering checks, updating customer information, executing stop payments, taking applications for overdraft protection to address customer issues.

Skills:

• 2 years working in a Banking or Call Center Environment.
• Detailed problem solver with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to cross sell & suggest/sell Banking products as needed.
• Excellent communication and Computer Skills.
