The Case Manager ensures that participants receive essential supportive services to aide in the development and achievement of individual employment plans. In addition, the Case Manager ensures service delivery through viable resources such as clothing, shelter, referral to medical or substance use disorder treatments, and transportation assistance — either within the Veterans Multi-Service Center or at another agency in the community.
