Overview

Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time remote Business Analyst/Risk Manager. A government security clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze various risks, manage risk register, and facilitate risk meetings.
• Develop risk management controls and contingency plans.
• Communicate recommendations to management.
• Prepare briefing materials, user guides, functionality demonstrations, project proposals and delivery schedules in close coordination with OPM staff that will be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide updates, gather user feedback and other customer service activities as directed to ensure newly created products, services, and functionalities address originally captured business needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of business analysis and risk manager, risk register and/or other related experience in conducting assessments to define and analyze possible risks, process improvement, continuous business improvement.
• Security Clearance: Highest level public trust clearance
