Overview
Global calibration company has immediate hiring needs and career opportunities!!!
Compensation in the $55,000 to $75,000 range or more depending on experience.
Needed a Calibration Technician with experience in testing, calibrating, and repairing: microwave/RF, optical, and digital test equipment.
Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training or equivalent industry experience required. In this role you will be part of a team that maintains a on-site calibration program, consisting of:
- Perform equipment recall and calibrations for out of date and coming due equipment
- Maintain all calibration program related documentation and up-to-date records for all calibration activities
- Keep customer appraised of current equipment calibration status
QUALIFICATIONS
- Military training or experience (PMEL/TMDE) OR equivalent work experience & training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience calibrating test & measurement equipment
- Experience in calibrating equipment. Specifically needs to have experience with microwave/RF, electronics, and optical calibrations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Can work well with customers
- Good communication skills
