- Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work.
- Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures.
- Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance to the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports.
- Address complaints, concerns and continuous improvement ideas.
- Support company and manager directions.
- Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution.
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5 years experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident gathering tools.
- Ability to lead people.
- Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members.
- Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment.
