Kim's is James Beard Award winner Ann Kim's Korean American restaurant, newly opened in Uptown. Both our culinary and beverage programs feature fresh, inventive, and craveable offerings, and our stunning dining room and lush, sunny patio contribute to an energy that is vibrant and fun.
What we expect from you as a Bartender:
While your day-to-day will be focused on the traditional tasks related to building unique and classic cocktails and serving craft food and beverages to guests, these three responsibilities are always at the core of this role:

• Ensuring everyone at Kim's feels comfortable, welcome, and excited to return
• Contributing to a healthy and safe environment for all team members and guests
• Keeping operations running smoothly by using your knowledge and technical skill

What you'll need to be successful in this position:
You need to have some chops to be a Kim's Bartender, enough to be able to create drinks to quality standards, consistently provide inspired hospitality to guests, and keep up with a fast-paced flow of service. On top of technical skill, you will thrive in this role if you:

• have an authentic passion for food and beverages
• ask questions and seek understanding
• have an open-mind and ability to practice patience
• are a top notch communicator
• have at least one year of experience as a bartender in a high volume environment
• flexible availability, Saturday and Sunday a must
• are comfortable working in a no-tip-necessary compensation structure (click here to learn more about our surcharge and no-tipping model)
