Vesta, Inc. is a not for profit, financially sound, mental health company which is expanding throughout the Maryland area. Vesta, Inc. provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare to include clinic, day program, and residential homes for those suffering from mental health disorders.

Vesta, Inc is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to provide support for our internship program. This position would support recruitment, supervision, coaching, training, and scheduling of our clinical interns in our Outpatient Mental Health Clinics. This position would oversee all aspects of daily operations to include planning, growth, and program development for the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic which operates jointly with the day and residential program to support the needs of adults with severe and profound mental illness. The position would be based out of our Lanham location but could work from one of our other Clinic locations.

*$7,000 Sign-On Bonus!*

Hours for the position are Monday through Friday Full time, with some availability needed during evenings and weekends as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Applicants MUST be licensed in the state of Maryland as a licensed mental health professional (LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT)

Preferred candidates:

Applicants licensed in the state of Maryland as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT and MUST be a Maryland Board (BSWE or BOPC) approved Clinical Supervisor.
2 years successful management experience (including formal supervision of staff and fiscal/growth responsibilities).
5 years of experience working with persons with mental illness.
An understanding of Risk Management, Cultural Diversity, be familiar with CARF Accreditation process and some understanding of the public mental health system in Maryland.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision to non-independently licensed clinicians as needed.
Provide administrative supervision to therapists and clinic coordinators.
Accountable for fiscal responsibility of the clinic in terms of staff productivity, growth of the program, and all billability of services.
Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for department and ensures the department supports the regional and agency goals.
Supports an effective and engaging onboarding process for each intern to help them obtain a level of practice proficiency commensurate to their internship trajectory.
Coordinates and monitors caseload assignments.
Ensures effective and timely problem solving, crisis intervention and resolution.

Salary ranges from $69,961 - $82,553 and is calculated based on previous management experience and licensure.
