Verus Aerospace is Hiring a CNC Machinist - Weekend Nights Near Tacoma, WA
| We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working, technically detail oriented machinists to join our team! We have a variety of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis, multi-spindle and single-spindle CNC machines. We are seeking applicants that are willing to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5:00pm-5:00am. |
Position Responsibilities
• The ideal candidate will be an experienced machinist with at least 3-years experience • Experience/knowledge applicable to fixturing/tooling applications • Experience with hard metals such as inconel and titanium is a plus • Working familiarity with shop planning/tooling • Expertise in CNC or Profile |
Qualifications
| Education and Experience - Apprenticeship graduate or technical degree helpful. Demonstrated expertise in shop math, blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing |
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry: Regularly: Up to 10 lbs Occasionally: Up to 25 lbs Lifting assistance required: Over 50 lbs |
