职位说明：

Job Description:

1.推进工厂自动化，数字化项目从预研/方案规划/方案实施/方案最终验收的全流程管理，能够识别项目过程中的风险点并进行管控。

Promote factory automation, digital project from pre-research / plan planning / program implementation / final acceptance of the whole process management, can identify and control the risk points in the project process.

2.新设备的选型，自动化改造，数字化推进等项目的管理及实施

Selection of new equipment, implementation of automation and digital projects

3.团队合作，配合其他部门人员进行各项改善活动。

Team work, cooperate with other departments to carry out various improvement activities.

4.与区域团队，工程团队运营和研发团队紧密合作，以确保所有项目得到制造资源的管理和支持，并投入运营。

Work closely with Regional project teams, Engineering teams Operations and R&D team to make sure all projects are well managed and supported by Manufacturing Engineering resources managed and ready for operational start-up.

5.领导持续改进，通过系统思维和系统的流程达到持续优化目的。

Lead continuous improvement, through the use of systems thinking and the implementation of systematic process improvements.

学　历：正规院校本科以上

Education: Bachelor degree or above in a regular university

专　业：自动化，通信，电力电子，电气，计算机

Major: Automation, Communication, Electronics, Electricity, Computer

工作经验要求：在自动化项目推进，工厂数字化，新生产设备导入，电气产品测试，开发，管理等两年以上工作经验

Working Experience Requirements: More than two years of working experience in the automation project management, digital factory, new equipment introduce, electrical production R&D, testing, service engineering management

语言能力：英语：听说（良好），读写（良好）英语四级以上

Language: English listening, speaking, reading, writing. CET-4 above or above
