We are growing and adding Construction Safety Coordinator to the team. In this role, the Construction Safety Coordinator will provide onsite support to the field operations team in the DMV area. In this role, the Construction Safety Coordinator will lead, direct, and enforce safety on a dedicated construction project or multiple smaller projects as needed. The goal is to work with the project managers, executive team, and field operations to ensure that safety standards are met, training maintained, and the team is following policies and procedures.
Requirements for this role include:
- 1 years of experience in a Safety Coordination role in a Construction environment.
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30 Certified
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Highly Organized and Attention to Detail
- Ability to communicate and interface with different levels internally and with external clients.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. This position will travel to sites within the DMV area throughout the work week.
