TITLE : BILIGUAL TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR / RECEPTIONIST
LOCATION: NYC MIDTOWN NEAR GRAND CENTRAL AND PENN STATION
SALARY : BASE PLUS COMMISSION (BASE RANGING FROM $20 HOURLY GET YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR.

• Utilize search engines (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc.) to source, identify, and screening potential candidates based on given hiring criteria we will teach you!
• Schedule interviews with candidates
• Working within Applicant Tracking Systems for entering and tracking candidates
• Work with a support team both onsite and remote to help meet the clients needs for talent

• Strong decision-making skills
• Experienced in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
• Self-starter and independently motivated
• Must have proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment,
