Verte Chiropractic in Orlando, FL is looking for one Chiropractic assistant to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 1814 Jake St. Our ideal candidate is a caring, ambitious, and engaging person.

Responsibilities

• Assist the chiropractor with patient care, including preparing patients for treatment and performing therapies as directed
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, including answering questions and addressing concerns
• Taking client vitals and medical histories/prepping the x-ray machine
• Administer ultrasound, electric stimulation, decompression, rehabilitation exercises, laser therapy and traction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain up-to-date certification by completing yearly continuing education requirements, as well as current HIPAA laws.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as using a massage tool/setting up patients
