We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative with administrative experience to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, admin tasks, coordinating, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. $50,000 - $55,000 at plan

• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge

• Answering phone calls
• Calling clients and technicians
• Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations
• Data entry
• Preparing and gaining work authorizations
• Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies

• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

• Customer service experience required
• Dispatching or scheduling experience a plus
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Must live within daily driving distance to the office
