Versatile Vehicles, Inc. is the regional distributor for E-Z-GO and Textron vehicles, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and the U.P. of Michigan. Our 60,000 square foot Prior Lake location serves as our home office and serves as a hub to serve our entire territory and 3 additional retail locations.

The Rental Coordinator will office in our Prior Lake Headquarters. This location sees a large share of retail, service and rental business, and is crucial to serving our golf course customers throughout our territory. The Ideal candidate with be well organized with the ability to solve problems and think of their toes. This position will have the potential to grow into a leadership role. This is a great opportunity be a part of the golf and leisure industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Rental Sales Manager
• Respond to all reservation requests and incoming calls in courteous, efficient, professional and friendly manner.
• Follow-up on all voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Responsible for changes, cancellations, billing and upgrading for clients
• Responsible for charging advance deposits, cancellations, and damages
• Support management in sales goals
• Work with logistics to coordinate reservations, deliveries and pick-ups
• Work directly with all clients to handle any additions, cancellations or changes
• Work with event service team to ensure documents are in order.
• Greet all retail and service customers who enter our showroom.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer savvy
• Previous front office and/or reservations experience is an asset
• Excellent telephone manner - must enjoy interacting with customers all day
• Exceptional ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of golf industry or familiarity with local golf course is a plus
