We are seeking a multi-crafted Maintenance Technician with the primary duties of troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of manufacturing/packaging machinery and the facility. Looking for dedicated, self-motivated individuals able to analyze and resolve machine and facilities related problems.

This position will pay based on experience. The Company will provide you with the necessary tools.

Responsibilities:

· Check equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order

· Respond to repair requests and repair malfunctioning equipment

· Perform light building maintenance tasks as needed

· Select and contract specialists on larger maintenance related projects

· Advise Plant manager during equipment parts purchases

· Train employees on proper equipment usage

· Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment

· Provide input as it relates to safe machine operation

· PLC knowledge preferred

· Standing, walking bending for 75% of the day

You're a great fit for this position if you possess the following things:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 3 years of maintenance experience preferred (packaging machinery a plus)

· Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems

· Forklift certified preferred

· Valid drivers license

· Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools

· Able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
