Appleton Property Management company searching for a full time dependable maintenance technician. Duties include painting, light plumbing, electrical, general building maintenance, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, snow removal, etc.
Ideal candidate will have mechanical ability, a great attitude and strong work ethic. Must be a team player and work well with others. Valid driver's license is required. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00-3:30. On-call every 8th week. Pay range is $21.00 to 25.00 an hour based on experience. Full benefit package.
