Key Requirements –
· Process shipments through shipping software and customer portals.
o confirm addresses, shipping dimensions, customer requirements, and pricing before shipping.
· Coordinate with 3rd Party Carriers on non-standard shipments.
· Prepare proper documentation for both Domestic and International shipments – Correct BOLs, packing slips, commercial invoices, etc.
· Confirm work orders have been completed and work with packing teams to ensure all items have been provided for shipping.
o Notify proper teams or supervisors of major discrepancies.
· Ensure accuracy of item fulfillments both in NetSuite and shipping portals
· Coordinate with carriers to confirm pickups from warehouses.
· Contact customers and couriers to coordinate local deliveries.
· Work with customers to confirm hold releases when applicable.
· Assist with loading or unloading trailers as needed.
· Verify all tracking numbers and documents have been uploaded into the system in a timely fashion.
· Address any customs holds, delivery exceptions, or other delivery issues efficiently.
· Work with carriers and customers on returns, and process claims for damages.
· Verify return of products and evaluate status of product for reuse or potential reshipping.
· Maintain packaging levels for warehouses (boxes, pallets, etc.)
· Receive products as they arrive to warehouse based on packing slips provided by warehouse team.
· Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management preferred.
· Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs.
· Must have ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
· Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be responsible and organized with a high attention to detail.
· Must work well independently as well as with others.
· Forklift certification preferred (onsite training available)
· Ability to lift and handle materials greater than 50 lbs. safely.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
