Versa Engineering is currently looking for a document control specialist with CAD capability for a refinery client located in Martinez. The client currently estimates an assignment duration of about one year with a possible extension or later direct hire by the client. However, the assignment duration is subject to change as the client’s needs change.

Responsibilities:

· Provide on-site document control support (contracted through Versa Engineering) for a refinery Client located in Martinez.

· Document control experience with managing, categorizing, controlling, and saving CAD documents to the Client’s servers following the Client’s CAD and document control SOPs.

· Proficiency with CAD to update or correct existing CAD drawings.

· Ability to read, understand, and follow Client CAD and document control standards.

· Spatial ability to walkdown piping and verify as-built conditions of piping configurations.

· Familiarity and awareness of working in a refinery environment and the desire to learn and follow all necessary safety requirements.

Education and Qualifications:

· 5 years CAD experience

· Experience with utilizing and managing document control systems.

· 2-Year Technical degree

· 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry.

· Versa will utilize a remote interview process.

· Client may require on-site interview and references.

Schedule:

· 9/80 work schedule

· Monday to Friday.

Salary Range

· Depending on the level of experience, the salary range would be $50,000 to $110,000 per year.
