The position:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of construction projects.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Liaison between departments including HR, finances, contracts, construction services.
• Work with the finance team to put together budgets and work in progress reports.
• Build relationships with clients by constantly seeking feedback and ways to improve operations.
• Partner with the preconstruction department and construction team.
• Analyse trends with projects and seek innovative solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, site supervisors, and other operational staff.
• Monitor quality control.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term operational strategies and execute strategic plans.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, and contribute to bidding and estimating processes.
• Review contracts and present them to the relevant parties.

Requirements:

• A industry relevant bachelors degree.
• Must have experience in multifamily projects
• Ideally experience in both multifamily renovation and ground up construction
• Minimum of 7 years experience.
