Position Overview

Event Processor (Full Time, Mon – Friday for now) This position will include violation processing. Candidate must be able to follow basic procedures and scripts.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Event Processing for all Washington DC queues using web-based tools.
  • Data entry and quality control.
  • Performing clerical and administrative duties.
  • Operates keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer. May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proof-read new entries in database for accuracy.
  • Feed information on cameras issues daily.
  • Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with different groups of people in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed.
  • Strong PC skills in order to navigate various screens, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in an office environment performing clerical duties including data entry, quality control, and related administrative duties.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time for date entry/violation processing.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
