Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial roofing construction projects from contract to warranty issuance.
- Coordinate with General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project specifications, approved submittals, and contract documents.
- Manage project documentation including submittals, contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, changes, and any potential delays or challenges
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and techniques
- Proficient in construction software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Knowledge of all Commercial Roofing Systems; SBS Modified, TPO, PVC, Standing Seam, etc.
