What You'll Do:
- Market the Community to prospective residents (and their representatives) by phone, personal written communications, and in-home visits and presentations. Coordinate on-site marketing seminars. Provide tours and respond to inquiries and walk-ins.
- Meet set marketing goals (e.g. calls per day, off-site visits per week, on-site presentations per month, and average gross sales to presentation ratios). Convert high percentage of reservation holders to depositors within a given time frame.
- Collaborate with community organizations to establish partnerships and referral networks.
- Coordinate outreach activities and build relationships to increase professional referrals.
- Coordinate business development through partnering with outside agencies to promote the Community through public awareness, advertising opportunities, and community outreach program. Conduct outside sales activities on more than an occasional basis which will include developing, coordinating, and delivering marketing presentations to agencies, organizations/groups, churches, etc.
- Participate in outside groups (such as civic organizations, boards, business organizations) in order to promote the Community within the greater community.
- Implement aggressive referral networking.
-Manage leads and sales through the prospect tracking system and assist with Marketing Plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university, with major work in marketing, business administration, or related field required.
- At least 2 years of related work experience required.
- Valid state driver's license (and liability insurance) to use personal vehicle for Marketing travel required.
- On a daily basis, throughout the workday: must be capable of sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, turning, bending, stooping, crouching and kneeling, reaching over the head, grasping with both hands, and fine manipulation. Must physically be able to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to market programs effectively to target populations.
- Experience in social media management for outreach purposes.
