Job Description:

Join our Warehouse Team in the Event Division, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless preparation, organization, and delivery of event rental equipment. Your responsibilities will include sorting, cleaning, and preparing a variety of equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, grills, linens, silverware, and china, to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Handling and Preparation: Sort, clean, and prepare event rental equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, grills, linens, silverware, and china, in accordance with established procedures and standards. Ensure that all equipment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and properly prepared for delivery to events, paying close attention to detail to maintain quality.

• Delivery Coordination: Assist in coordinating the delivery of rental equipment to event venues, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Collaborate with team members to load and unload equipment from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and placement.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory counts as needed to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Organize and optimize warehouse space to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of equipment.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, communicating openly and collaboratively with colleagues to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines. Provide support and assistance to team members as needed, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
